Tbilisi goes color

In the last few years construction business didn't go well in most countries. But Georgia seems to be an exception - briefly stopped after the war in 2008, new buildings are springing up super-fast. If you come here, say, every half a year, you will definitely find new sights each time. The face of the city is changing, old town is becoming more neat, there are more new places, new colors....
Colors. That's the thing that makes my eyebrows go up. Just in front of my windows there is a new house being built. In the beginning they painted it white, and balconies - lovely light green. Later it was re-painted in dark green, a bit screaming though. Oh well, I thought, could be still a nice house....until today I saw that the other half of balconies are being painted in very dark gray. Why, oh why?..
Our own house that is being built is painted in gray, yellow and orange, and has a red roof. Never too many colors you say?
